Q-See QT View App Reviews

Follow instructions on qsee product support website. I had trouble at first but followed instructions from website and I find this better than the previous version. You can now stream either master or sub stream. Also you can save your local wifi config as well as the settings needed to work over cell network. :-)

At first I couldnt figure it out (after the update) but now I for it and its by far better in so many ways. All I can say is dont give up - your doing something wrong if its not working. Its freekin awesome! Way to go Q-See!

Dont upgrade ! It wipes out all your camera settings!! It was working fine on my iPhone 5 prior but now cant get it to work!! Arg!!

Everything was working fine and now,since the update, there are difficulties signing in, screens have to be manually loaded and the slick speed of the previous version is gone. How can i go back to the old version? This is a very disappointing update that has devalued thousands of dollars of my equipment.

After updating it stop working. Please fix it on iPhone 4

App worked fine until the upgrade. It did what I wanted it to do, view the cameras. Now, every-time, I start the app I have to re-load each camera one at a time. How wonderful if I have an intruder, hopefully hell be nice enough to sticks around long enough for me to start all the cameras & call the Police.

I just had to deal with a mass failure of the entire remote access via iPhone after the update. The server list no longer seems to accept a IP address to connect and has to be used only with a DDNS setup as far as I can tell. Hopefully that helps someone else. I think this software could be a little easier to use for the price point of the camera systems.

Now it all works. Just like the old version. PTZ and all. And it actually smooth realtime. Gotta give credit to QSee for listening to us. I thought wed definitely be shafted. All good. Ill bump it up to full stars.

The app opens, but as soon as I touch a button or a video screen the app completely freezes up, hitting the home button sometimes does not work either. This started to happen in IOS 7.1, it was fine before that. Can this be fixed please! Im giving you 5 stars because it did work very well before apple suckered us into 7.1

Since the latest update, you can no longer simply swipe through all 32 cameras. Awful update. Used to be able to swipe camera bank screens.

What a horrible written app. Hard to use and configure then plain lousy

I just installed iOS 9.1 on my iPhone and now my q-see camera viewer loads but does not display any video!! Help!! It worked fine before the update!!! The latest update to correct the language for ios9 did not fix the problem. Please fix this issue asap!!

Used to work well for monitoring my waiting room. Now doesnt work at all "failed to open" or "doesnt recognize this device" or just spontaneously closes. Useless to me now!!

App wont connect to server since the last iphone update. Cant use it at all now!!!

Please support screen of iphone 5!!! Video in max quality D1 very slow - 8 camers on. Only In cif, 10 fps - normal work.

This app was working fine for months, and it suddenly stopped working on mine and my husbands phones. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this system if youre also looking for a working app. These cameras havent been worth the headaches theyve caused.

When I get this message and cannot access my qt view cameras I go to settings on my iPhone and turn off my wireless router and bingo it works. It also works when I turn the router on. Dont ask me why. Hope this helps.

When it works the app is great but since the latest update I rarely have access. So for now I give it a one mainly because it works one out of 5 times.
