We are having to replace our cameras as this is not reliable. Disaster for months!!!!
This app does not work on my iPhone 6S Plus, iOS9. Error message "This type of device is unknown". Please fix this.
Why make an app when it is only functional less than five times a day. Literally every time try to log in, "the type of device is unknown". Needs to be fix but then again it probly wont be fixed so yeah save yourself the trouble and dont download this.
They refuse to fix, after numerous calls to customers support & notifications on this app review. Now is time to take action. Details to follow.
Nothing but pop up errors. I have several businesses and was going to buy more camera equipment but never mind. Ill shop elsewhere. Its almost like no one gives a rip that it doesnt work 80% of the time lately!!!!
WHY... WHY?!?! Why will this app not work?!? Why is this company NOT doing anything about the errors that are being generated!!! Very frustrated!!!

Absolutely Horrible
Due to the "unknown device type" error I am only able to access my cameras 40% (maybe less) of the time. Once this issue gets fixed it is a 5 Star app.
This app is horrible, I can never connect when I want it to. Always get error unable to connect to this device and this goes on for hours.
If you guys know that the system is broken why are there no fixes? Every time I call Im told that youre working on a fix. Its been 3 months with nothing done.

As reported in most reviews, this app does not work properly with the iPhone. The QSEE apparently shows no interest in updating the app. Whats more, even when working, the app--as well as the QSEE device--is cumbersome and non-intuitive in the playback mode. I intend to replace my QSEE system with a more reliable, easier-to-use product
Terrible app! Horrible. I click on one camera out of 4 and it shuts off.
Would prefer there be different speeds when fast forwarding but the problem also comes when I am fast forwarding it stops after like 6 seconds and then jumps to a much earlier time when I hit play. This is a bug that needs to be fixed
Since updating this app it fails to connect, what a waste!
Update: 2/6/16 - upgraded to 4 stars today in celebration of being able to connect to my cameras consistently for 4 days straight. Newest version of app seems to be working for me. App still has some other bugs (not associated with connection problems) so unlikely it will garnish 5 stars anytime soon. For now, huge sigh of relief that latest version is finally functional again (for me). Update: 2/2/16 - new released today. After updating, attempted login... Worked on first attempt. Upgrading to 3 stars. If the app remains stabile, and allows continuous login...will consider higher marks. For now fingers crossed that they have this thing pegged. Update: 1/15/16 - now down graded to 1 star. APP now fails to connect most of the time on either wifi (LAN) or LTE. Please note that while I rate this app as 1 Star, Id still rate my QSee system as 4 Stars. IF you need to remotely monitor your QSee system, this might not be the right company for you. On iPhone 6, iOS 9: the latest version of this app rarely connects when operating on my LAN (i.e. Wifi at home). Switch to LTE and it will connect most of the time, though its generally pretty slow. This used to be a 4-5 star app, QSee hasnt updated for nearly 2 months. Guessing they probably will, but painful waiting. Want to be loyal to the company ... Camera system has been pretty good for overall price. This app version however..... Guess I would have to say... Not recommended. Not sure about other choices.
