Bug/ Not working/ Need fix asap!!

I just installed iOS 9.1 on my iPhone and now my q-see camera viewer loads but does not display any video!! Help!!
It worked fine before the update!!!
The latest update to correct the language for ios9 did not fix the problem. Please fix this issue asap!!
