Since I updated this new version app, I no longer able to access my acct from LTE when Im not home.

Theres something wrong with iphone 7. You can see the cameras with wifi but not with the carrier data, not even the profiles. I have the iphone 6s with all the updates (ios 10.2) and it works fine. But something is definitely wrong with iphone 7.

Please I updated my iphone app and it is not working? How to get back to previous version? Please fix it!

Another junk app! Cant log in cause the Login since you cant even scroll down to the login button! Sorry, it may be working if you can login! I can only give 0 star!

I give this app a failing grade only because we cannot play back the videos. The cameras work great and so does the Search feature. But cant get the archived video to play once its found because there is no button to Play, Pause, Stop. Tried contacting publisher but never got a response. Save your money until this prob is fixed. Too bad because it would have been a great app.

I have to enter the login info everytime I open the app. Even after selecting remember the server. Please fix it.

I agree with the other reviewer that this App needs a Play/Pause/Stop button to review recorded activity. The log in page is annoying. I logged on 4 times (checking the remember me box every time) only to find it blank when I returned. Finally I pressed the tinny grey arrow in the first box on the right side and found my Domain saved there. This should be labeled better like (your domain/cameras/saved). Also you must check the remember me box before you start typing info because the iPhone typewriter will block the box and you cant slide the screen to check it. Im sure all this could easily be fixed with an update. The QC app looks great with a more user friendly interface, it would be nice if they could do the same with the QT App.

Everything was working good. I upgraded to this version now it doesnt work anymore big mistake. Why me. I have a system I cant use now.

This app worked fine before it was updated the other day now it is crap to hard to figure out dont like it anymore doesnt work very well I have to give it one star cause it wont let me choose negative 5 stars

Just upgraded as it prompted me with a newer version which supposedly deals with bug fixes, apparently not!!! It attempts to connect either on 3G or wifi and then craps out and closes the app, what have you done q-see people!!!! I liked the improved look and options available but would like it even better if it still worked

Worked fine before update. Wont work at all now. And I didnt back up the older version. Now I have useless system. I hope someone at Q-See reads this and put the old version back !!!

After updating it doesnt work at all ... Please help me I want this to work.

I gave the last review 1star. But now that i found the way to configure it, it woks better than before.

You have to read their manual on the QSEE site to understand how to select the cameras in each pane but once thats done youll see them BUT if you select one camera to view "fullscreen" and then return to the 4-view (or whatever), the other cameras disappear until you re-select them. Ugh.... Also, I hope theres a way to reduce the clutter on the bottom menu to just the views and buttons we need instead of scrolling the menu to view all the buttons. At this point Id prefer the old version until this is fixed.
