App doesnt connect while on T-Mobile LTE. Only works while on wifi...

I m not able to access the data

Has anyone have remote settings working. When I select it the screen is blank. Local view settings work fine.

Video breaks up. Doesnt do this on my computer so pretty sure its not my connection. And screen goes gray. Would be better if it just froze image. But regardless its frustrating. Otherwise I do like the app interface.

This app is horrible and useless! Never can it connect to server to live stream the cameras to any phone or iPad etc my phone battery dies before I can finally connect once to the server thats how long you sit refreshing. Fix it!

App is good when it works. Havent been able to use it in 2 weeks. App will open but there is no video feed. Tried reinstalling, reconnecting and just waiting. Nothing has worked. I had to start using the old version again. This app has stopped working many times but never this long.

Absolutely terrible. Written by someone with zero common sense. Baboons created this.

App use to work great. Now you can no longer view away from home since the iOS update. You must be connected to wifi. I have T-Mobile LTE. This needs to fixed. Please....

Is there something up with the app?? Ive tried to remote check my business and all Im seeing is a cup of coffee on the screen, like it is timed out, what is the deal?

Was much better before the update. Settings I used on a regular basis were removed from the app.

As of updating to iOS 10.2, I can no longer see any of my cameras and my remote settings cannot be edited (just a blank gray screen).

Please fix the app. It doesnt work when go outside and connect thru LTE. It works only with wifi at home.

I have read many of the reviews and do not understand the issues mentioned in them. I installed the app and it worked from the "get go!" Only reason I did not rate a 5star is because I believe there is always room to improve.

Need better iPad control of video playback. iPhone needs better controls of ptz camera.

I like the fact I can view cams while away but Playback remotely continues to freeze and or go offline. Developers please update soon. Ive had lots of activity at my home and it only seems to record at night. Motion detects trees only

The app wont work over cellular on providers requiring IPv6. It works great on Verizon. It cannot connect to the cameras on T-Mobile. Please fix!

This is the worst app totally crap. Dont waste your time with it

All in all a good app for remote live viewing. Terrible on playback.

All in all its a pretty good app, a little difficult to pin point a time when trying to view recorded images
