I wish the app showed camera names instead of just numbers. With 14 active cameras, I can’t remember which is which.

All cameras are consistently reliable and the captures are very clear! Best I have!

I have been trying to connect the app with the dvr but it will not. It used to, but it stopped.

Lately the system is taking too long to load up. So I am missing who is at my door at a live feed

Despite the company going out of business it was working … until it wasn’t. Very frustrating.

Playback is not playing as it should, there is a delay in video and sound, and video skips some seconds.

Been using it for years, and I have been quite pleased with its performance and the fact that it is updated.

Whoever updated info it worked I’m finally able to login all the time thank you.

Had mine for about nine years now I can’t see any video on it. Try to reboot and it comes on for a little while then it goes away again. Don’t know what’s going on with it.

I have to keep deleting the app and re installing it in order to be able to see the cameras through the cell. I am currently not able to see the cameras through the app even though I did what I would previously do. I’m just not able to be able to see them now.

The app is too big for the screen and the menu options are in the status bar where they can’t be used.

I keep losing my remote connection and never get my notifications. Also, every camera records all the time. I can’t switch it to motion.

Device goes offline a lot and you must refresh it to get it back.

Mobile app constantly fails, customer support is just 2 hour loss of your life call to India. If they happen to get all your settings & IP address repaired, it will work for maybe a few days. Then your back to square one. The dvr and main app is clumsy, not user friendly. Try Reolink which is awesome and never fails to connect with high quality cameras.

Trying to find out why I cannot access my menu through my Qsee camera system I have

I can’t seem to get the system to work on line. It worked for years and then all of the sudden it stoped working. I don’t know my password to log in as administrator is there a reset?

I’m having a hard time logging on to my system with my new phone. I put in my password just the right way as I always did for administrator but nothing goes through. Not sure why there’s a way to fix the problem. I’d appreciate it if you be kind enough to just let me know, thank you.

I. Need help downloading the cameras on my I pad. I have them on my phone but can’t get them on my i pad

Camera went out. Called for help. Told I have to unplug camera. Camera professionally installed and now I have to buy an expensive ladder and take camera down. Possibly still able to do this but if I was old or had health issues, probably shouldn’t be on a ladder. Just a thought for others who might purchase cameras instead of having a company come out that you pay to do the entire service of install, monitor, and fix if needed.

Can no longer access my wired cameras on iPhone after the old QSee app was discontinued and removed from the App store. This new app does not recognize my DVR.

I switched from iPhone 6 to 10s and all my cameras will not show me live streaming. I’m unable to get it working again. Please help.

Half the time these cameras don’t work. They are very slow and don’t load

Use it for 7 years now good solid system

The company forces customer to replace older cameras that work fine and took offline firmware updates. Will never do business with them again
