I need help

Someone help me. QSee if you are reading this contact me. Every since the new up grade I cannot see me cameras over the Internet site. And in changing everything multiple ways I have messed up the system including my pass code. Since there isnt a way to change it (without first knowing it) or a way to send through email a way to change or update. I. Ant even get into it. HELP!!!!
