Still doesnt work consistently

Updated, ran into the "type of device is unknown" in installed, re-installed, then it worked great. Now Im still getting the message and unable to use the app for days at a time. Unable to log back in and turn the motion alarms back on after turning them off for my dogs to use the back yard. Give us back a version that will allow log-in. What good is security I have no access to??!!!!
