Half the time my iPhone app gets the device unknown error . Called support and they are aware , but this should be priority one for them to fix since many people monitor there properties via mobile device like I do. Fix should have happened by now ... Makes me think customer support is a low priority for them. Support says to use laptop or tablet .... Sorry all devices should work !! Fix or become a Q-see toy not used for real security applications. Doesnt anyone in Q-see test before a release ? If so, they need a new test team.
