Terrible works when it wants to

New app is Terrible works when it wants too. At work connecting to my cell phone network gave me unknown type of device after a few attempts trying to log in it might work again.

My at home network works when it wants to also. I get unknown type of device.

Only work around I found to log in at home is to turn off my wifi on my iPhone. So it connects thru my cellular data then I close the app turn wifi back on and itll connect. Such a hassle to sit there and do that.
